## Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love your anti-tarnish jewelry. Because these are delicate, wearable items, we accept returns **only in cases of damage**.

**Damage Reporting Window**
You must report any damage within **3 days of delivery**. Please contact us with your order number and clear photos/video of the damaged item and its packaging.

**Eligibility**
- Only items received damaged, defective, or incorrect are eligible for return, replacement, or refund.
- Claims made after 3 days of delivery cannot be accepted.
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging, with all tags intact, at the time of reporting.
- We do not accept returns for reasons of size, change of mind, or minor variation in colour/finish due to screen display.
- **An unboxing video is mandatory** for all damage claims. The video must be continuous and unedited, starting before the package is opened and clearly showing the sealed parcel, the opening process, and the damaged item. Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.

**Process**
1. Contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number, a valid unboxing video, and photos of the damage.
2. Once verified, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund, at our discretion.
3. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.

**Non-Returnable Items**
Earrings and other items that come into direct contact with skin are non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless damaged or defective on arrival.

## Shipping Policy

We ship our anti-tarnish jewelry both within India and internationally.

**Domestic Shipping (India)**
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on location.

**International Shipping**
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- International delivery typically takes 7–15 business days depending on destination country, customs clearance, and local courier handling.
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by their country. These are not included in the order total.

**Order Tracking**
A tracking link will be shared via email/SMS once your order is dispatched.

**Delays**
While we aim to meet the timelines above, delays may occur due to customs, weather, courier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

2. **Pricing** — All prices are listed in the applicable currency at checkout and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices at the time of order confirmation will apply to that order.
3. **Order Acceptance** — We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.
4. **Returns** — Governed by our Return and Refund Policy above; returns are accepted only in cases of damage, reported within 3 days of delivery.
5. **Intellectual Property** — All content on this site (images, logos, descriptions) is our property and may not be reproduced without permission.
6. **Limitation of Liability** — We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, beyond the value of the order.
